On October 27, the V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Roman Ivanchenko Scientific School" took place.
This year's conference brought together scientists from thirteen leading universities in Ukraine, Belarus and Poland: Zaporizhia National Technical University, Institute of Linguistics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. OO Potebny, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Classical Private University (Zaporizhzhya), National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky", National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", Odessa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov, Lesia Ukrainka East European National University (Lutsk), Ukrainian Academy of Printing (Lviv), Uzhhorod National University, Kherson State University, Yuri Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, University of Lodz (Poland), Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Affairs (Belarus).
The session took place in the Scientific and Technical Library. GI Denisenko NTUU "KPI named after Igor Sikorsky". In addition to the speeches of the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work PA Kyrychko, Associate Professors of the Department of Publishing and Editing of the Publishing and Printing Institute IL Pobidash, NM Figol, RI Segol, EV Magda, conference participants and students talked to the guests of the conference - Olga Popovych (founder of Kalamar Publishing House) and Volodymyr Krasnobrizhy (Business Development Director of Kalamar Publishing House), who prepared an interesting topic for discussion - Personal Transformation. Communications that change the world ".
At five sectional meetings, the conference participants were offered 50 interesting presentations on "History and current trends in book development", "Editing different types of publications", "Features of modern mass journalism", "Latest technologies in the preparation of media products", "Advertising and PR-communications in printing, publishing and book distribution ". It turned out that the most numerous topics at the conference were social issues in modern children's literature, electronic publications, media activities during the hybrid war, mediatization of migrants, internally displaced persons and more. In general, the range of issues outlined by this year's conference is the widest.
It is gratifying that young people - bachelors, masters, graduate students - from many educational institutions joined the conference. During the session, the organizing committee presented cash prizes to the winners of last year's competition among students, which takes place within the conference, on "National memory in the modern media space of Ukraine." The winners were: master's student Alyona Rukavishnikova and bachelor's student Yakovenko Marina.
